“The people are great and you can tell by how well cared for (and loved) the adoptable pets are. We adopted a kitten there and have been very impressed with her, so I can thank the staff for loving our little girl before we adopted her.”

“Thank you for being a loving and compassionate facility to all animals in the Jc Ks area! Without y’all we wouldn’t have any one to look to or any shelter to turn to or to adopt and save a life from. Y’all rock!!! Stay awesome!!! You are all making a huge difference in this community! Thank you again!!”

CHECK OUT NOVA- Abused Shelter Pet turned into Drug Dog!

Nova came into our shelter as a stray. When she came in, we noticed that something had previously been tied around her muzzle. She was also severely emaciated. While we were working on her wounds and building her weight back up, Lt. Stopper from the Geary County Sheriff’s Department stopped by wanting to add another K9 to the force. We brought up our Nova girl, and the rest is history. Check the fill story out on our Facebook!

Come join us this weekend with the Fort Riley Jeep Club! All proceeds go to our animal shelter!
