Geary County Undersheriff

Undersheriff Eric Coffman was born and raised in Kansas. He began his Law Enforcement career in 1995, as a Police Officer with the Junction City Police Department. Undersheriff Coffman spent a total of 11 years with the Junction City Police Department and the rest with the Geary County Sheriff’s Office. Undersheriff Coffman was promoted from Patrol Lieutenant to Captain in 2013 and then appointed Undersheriff in May of 2019.

Undersheriff Coffman is married to Kristina, and they have two children. Undersheriff Coffman enjoys spending his free time golfing, fishing and bow hunting.
